Important Information Regarding Municipal Fall Claims!

If you have sustained a fall on a municipal sidewalk or roadway the are strict notice requirements which must be followed or you may lose your right to make a claim for damages.  Recent decisions of the Court have strictly enforced the requirement that a municipality be given written notice of an intention to make a claim for damages resulting from falls on sidewalks and roadways within 10 days of the injury occurring.  If you have fallen on a city sidewalk or roadway it is essential that you act immediately.  Delay can result in the loss of your right to pursue a claim for damages.
