Obviously when you complete the “Contact Us” form we record that information but you may wonder what happens to the details after you press send. Behind the scenes of our website, there is also data collection happening that you may not be aware of. We use the data we collect in all its forms to improve our website to make it more useful and appealing to our visitors. The only information we share with anyone outside our firm is clearly noted below, with one exception…if we believe in good faith that the law requires the sharing of the information collected, we will do so.

Contact Us:  Our “Contact Us” form requests personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and a legal issue description. This information is used so that we can contact you regarding your legal situation or inquiry. Your information is retained for future contact, but you have the right and ability to opt out at any time. Details on opting out of future communications are detailed below.

Please note: Do not submit/supply/include any confidential, personal, sensitive or proprietary information on the “Contact Us” form. Examples of information NOT to include are:

• SIN number;
• Banking information;
• Passport information;
• Date of birth;
• Identifications, including driver’s license and health card numbers; and, but not limited to;
• Credit card numbers.

The submission of information of this nature is done at your own risk. We will not be held liable to you or responsible for any use of such information in any way or for any consequences derived from your doing so.
